The Stramond Lodge is 111 km² of land full of marshes and small lakes, ideal pour moose hunting. Every 10 km² area has its own path system and a small cottage. These remote cottages do not have running water nor electricity but they are equipped with kitchens. You must bring your own sleeping bags. For those wanting more comfort, they are welcome to stay in the cottages on the main site.

In a given year, one moose per two hunters is allowed across all the areas where hunting
for that species is permitted.
We also maintain an excellent site for black bear hunting. Your chances of success are close to 100%.
